In this discipline based art class, students will enjoy discussion and discovery as they learn about influential artists, art movements and the basic elements of art.  Students will explore a variety of media as they create their own work of art to take home.  Different media to be explored include drawing, painting, collage, printmaking and more! All materials provided.

The Wiregrass Museum of Art’s year long Homeschool Art program will begin full force in September! Join us in July for a fun preview as we explore the museum's permanent collection. Students will enjoy discussion and discovery in the gallery and then create a project in the studio based on the art explored that day. A different artist and medium will be introduced each class. All materials provided.
